Robustness of Termination Tester ME-PV-RT
The mechanical stability of the leading wire is crucial to the safe, reliable and long-term operation of photovoltaic modules. Its failure may lead to problems such as electrical performance degradation, moisture intrusion, leakage and fire. Robustness of Termination Tester is used to simulate the unintentional or intentional pulling of the leading wire of the photovoltaic module during installation. A certain mass of weight is applied to the leading wire to pull it back and forth to judge the tensile performance of the leading wire; the equipment uses a motor to apply a certain torque to the leading wire to judge the torque resistance of the leading wire. This test is designed and developed for the MQT14 clause in the IEC61215 standard. The test machine is divided into three products: tension tester, torque tester, and adhesion test bench.
